Is that actually canon though? It's part of a fan-made mod, and contradicts official sources which say unicorns are native to Hircine's realm in Oblivion and only appear in Tamriel when they're brought there for hunts.

It's labeled as Creation Club content (doesn't disable achievements for Skyrim SE), so it counts as canon content.
