Gladiators Coffer? Lancers?

Hiya!
I would like to get siege 'lancer'. From what I understand they are found in Gladiators Coffers?
Not sure I have ever gotten a lead. I have received 'Rewards of the Worthy' and other ones from doing Cyrodiil quests (kill 10 orcs) or Board quests, but never gotten a lead.
What am I doing that is sideways?

✭✭✭✭✭How many RoTW have you got? This may be a lead that has low RNG.
Also check UESP for this game to make sure your chasing this lead the correct way.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭✭✭✭✭the leads come from the Conquest Board - capture 3 keeps/kill 40 players/capture 9 resources/capture 3 towns...
