Frost clench chilled not working

Frost clench using frost staff is supposed to activate chilled automatically, says the tooltip. It isn't. Please fix this.

✭✭✭✭✭You activated Frost Clench twice and Chill hit twice per the debuffs.
Chill hit 5 times per the damage report down the bottom.
Can you show the actual combat log from CMX rather than the summary? That will show whether Clench is properly applying Chill. Right now you have three other sources of Chill potentially interfering with the overall results in the summary report. The log will show clearly what procced it when.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Looking at some logs here, I would think that Frost Clench is properly applying Chilled in content.
You can see on this twins fight that every application of Chill corresponds exactly to the tank hitting the boss with Frost Clench.
The top graph is the casts of Clench. The middle graph is the damage of Chill. The bottom chart is a timeline of Chill being applied, so you can directly compare timestamps.

That's why I'm curious to see the combat log itself rather than total numbers.0 -
athena9205✭✭✭my first hit was frost clench, it should taunt, chill, brittle all in one shot according to the tooltip. It didn't. I also hit light attack which likely caused the chill/brittle as it is frost/charged staff. I used Heavy attack afterwards which would maintain chilled/brittle through the fight. If the tooltip was correct then chilled and brittle would be at 99% uptime along side the taunt uptime. I dont use the logs as you listed as i dont understand it as well as CMX0

athena9205✭✭✭just checked my logs on CMX i was wrong. Frost clench is activating chilled/brittle .006s after frost clench hits. the report i posted, i can only assume chilled failed to apply after a HA/LA and thats why it was lower. Thank you virtus.1
