Moving addon layout on my screen

Hello,
I am using CyrHUD and it the output is ontop of another addone (the text).
I hit / to open the chat and thought that would allow me to click on the addon output and move it ...it just moves the cursor like I am aiming my character.
I am using keyboard and a PC Xbox controller to play.
Help?

✭✭✭✭✭go ESC -> Settings -> Addons, select the specific Addon, if it has a "Settings" window, it may also have a button that says Unlock, Edit UI, Options, or something along those lines. Clicking that will bring up the HUD and blue bars of everything that Addon controls and you can move them around. Locking it after prevents it from moving. Most addons also have "profile" which can make the setup universal so it shows up the same way for every character so you don't have to do it all over again each time.1
