PC NA Servers down?

Are the servers down? I'm getting server time out on NA and unexpected error on EU. Reloaded steam and that connected fine. Internet connection is fine.

    The servers seemed to be down for a few minutes when I reported it.
    The game has been crashing very frequently this week. About the tenth time just now.
    Previously, the game would crash maybe once every few months.
