✭✭✭You can show all the numbers you like, there have been gamers that I have spoken with that stated they get too many surveys. I did not get a jewelry survey again out of my 10 characters, I might have gotten a total of 5 mixed surveys today. That`s woodworking, blacksmithing, provisioning, alchemy, jewelry(NONE), clothing and enchanting but I find that hard to believe the drop rate is so low.
Oh, you are undoubtedly correct. ZOS has surely modified the entire codebase so that -you- are getting shortchanged of Jewelry surveys, which is evidenced by the experience of 30 or perhaps 40 character's worth of dailies performed?
What would those of us who have done 100s of thousands of dailies know, anyway?

Cazador✭✭✭✭✭Based on the very nicely laid out stats it's hardly surprising you aren't getting jewelry surveys. You have a 80-90% chance of not getting a survey. They gave you stats with a dramatically larger sample size so they're probably pretty accurate. Personally I'd trust the stats.1
