Communication appreciation thread

For those who don't know or don't brother checking the PTS forum. @ZOS_Kevin has been on a streak of communication cleary on concerns and suggestions.

I've never seen this much communication in the forums from ZOS but I just have to say that I love it. The insights are great and the interaction really gives the whole PTS cycle a lot more value.

More than just appreciation I really wanted to make this thread to let you (@ZOS_Kevin) know that this is exactly what I feel this forum needs, extra insights, concerns and thoughts devs have give a lot of context to the problems. It feels like a proper conversation instead of a one way street.

I hope you guys can keep this up, looking forward to more of this.

Just wanted to highlight this is a team effort, so we appreciate the dev team carving out time to make sure we run through questions the community has. Also glad we can relay their follow-up and read community feedback to continue the discourse loop.

    We won't always get it right, but the hope is to continue to learn and make the communication process better. We appreciate everyone who takes the time to follow up and provide their feedback as a player.

    I've definitely noticed it. The whole team seems a bit energized and communicative. I think they're starting this year off with some good momentum.

    It's very refreshing to see this. Hopefully this team coordination is sustained. I hope in the event you're unable to get their participation, you let us know with some details. I know you're carrying a lot on your shoulders and I hope it doesn't weigh you down. Your efforts are appreciated.

    Especially after how the Q&A was handled, it's good to see developers carving out time in their busy schedules to close the loops. Really helps foster a warmer community.

    I agree. Having a community team member primarily dedicated to and focused on the forum was much needed and @ZOS_Kevin is doing a phenomenal job with it!

    I agree 👍. Thank you @ZOS_Icy and all others for reading everyones' suggestions and feedback. This is what makes the Elderscrolls forums very awesome, constructive, and enjoyable 😀.

    Interesting how differently communication works on a case to case basis.

    Because I’ve got an open ticket about something that seems to be affecting an entire region of the world that’s not had a reply for 10 days, a topic on the forum about the same thing that is seemingly being ignored and a PM conversation about the open ticket that is also not getting any responses.

    It seems to be that case sometimes. I've been waiting for a response on something for over three months, and the issue itself is well over 6 months old. They're probably just busy juggling everything, but I can understand how frustrated you feel.

    I agree! @ZOS_Kevin has done a great job. It might not always be an answer I like but I appreciate the communication
