    Warden for me.

However, I do also like Sorcerer and Templar, in that order. Sorcerer is "easy mode" so if I have to create an alt for some purpose that will be deleted later, it will be a Sorcerer. Templar... I avoid "jabs", so hopefully that gets reverted soon.

    Warden
I currently only have a Warden right now. Wiped my other characters with the intent to redo them all but haven't really gotten to that because I don't play ESO that much in comparison to other titles.

    Nightblade
Nightblade because it's my oldest character with all the progression on it. It's still a good class with occasional moments of glorious and dark ages.

Necromancer because my raidlead requires me to play it. I hate this class.

If I were to play this game as though I had lost all progress, I'd pick Dragonknight.
Templars and sorcerers are fun to play too. I dislike Wardens for how they play and how they have huge identity issues regarding the thematic mismatch of their kit.

    Sorcerer
I always played a mage in every iteration of the SPTs. Sorcerer was a no-brainer back in 2014, and still is today. I got everything perfect during character creation, because I had no intention of starting over. In single-player-title language this was my canon playthrough.

All story, all quests. Many many dungeon and trial achievements. Former Emperor and Grand Overlord. Master Crafter, Master Fisher.

I've experienced all of Tamriel so far through this one character, and looking forward to experiencing more.

9 years. My character has story and heritage. Ya can't reroll that.

Dorky as this response is, that's the way it be.

    Nightblade
My Nightblade was my original character. After about a year into the game, I switched to Templar and never looked back. I loved Templar for the longest time…. But after the nerfing of many Templar abilities over time and update 35 jabs change, I made my old nightblade my main again. If Templar ever gets some much needed attention i would switch back.

Used to be templar, but my templars are lagging behind my other classes at the moment. Magicka warden, which has always been my second favorite (since they sprang into being, that is) has moved into first place.

I’m looking forward to trying out the arcanist.

I love my stamblade but got into trials and didn’t want to hybridize her weapon skill heavy old build, so I now have a hybrid necro for sweaty stuff.

It’s a shame the game hates melee builds so much now.

Dk was my first and the one that does all the story content first. She also is the one that learns all motifs, furnishing plans and recipes first. Honestly, I play all the classes and don’t really have a main class to speak of outside new story content.

Necro at the moment. I am always Necro in most games. The Theme just resonates with me.
The only thing that fits better than Necromancy is Old Gods. Big fan of Lovecraft, so Arcanist it is :)

    Sorcerer
My main is still the sorcerer class.

I mostly play PvE than PvP.
Main is Blue-Thuxis, a Argonian stamSorc, whose also is a werewolf! 2nd main, Cobalt-Thuxis, a Argonian stamArc, an identical twin sister to Blue-Thuxis, even is a werewolf as well! some alts:
Nirn-Scale Rajthux (Argonian, Templar), Ros-Ei Nature-Thuxis (Argonian, Warden), Crimson-Thuxis (Argonian, DK), Bone-Thuxis Tharn (Argonian, Necro) Why Bone-Thuxis has Tharn as a last name:
The siblings were separated at a young age due to a Dres slaver raid, Blue, Cobalt, Ros-Ei & their mother were able to escape, Crimson & Bone weren't that lucky. Crimson was later "rescued" by some Orcs that later ambushed the House Dres Dunmers, unfortunately one Dunmer remained & sadly successfully brought the young Bone-Thuxis to the Dres plantation. Later an Imperial, a Tharn, bought Bone at a auction & later told he was free, the young Argonian sadly had no idea where to go & doesn't know if his family was still alive, so the Tharn adopted him into House Tharn. This family of Argonians finally reunited years later.
, Kenneth Clyde (Nord, Sorc), Selene Gray-Thuxis (Argonian, Nightblade), Urmanda (Orc, Warden)
Some ESO history: I originally started from PS4 NA during June 10, 2015, I did reached CP 810+ on there. I eventually kinda got tired of paying PS+, so during February 4, 2019 I started moving to PC NA. Also CP: 810+. Nowadays I play ESO PC mostly, while PS4 is dust.

    Templar
I voted Templar since that it what I'm playing atm, but I don't consider any of my characters my main. I would have voted Warden due to my love for ice magics but as it's a class that screws with my entomophobia, I struggle to play it.

    Necromancer
At the moment, it's Necromancer. Sadly, I left my Templar (which includes many of my alts) behind after U35 trashed the class. I've been enjoying MAGcro, but will probably jump to Arcanist when it comes out, depending on the playstyle. I like Necro because it seems very similar to how I played Templar, and at the moment is just a lot more fun than MAGplar. I even tried going back to MAGplar, and found myself not even wanting to play ESO anymore... and then I decided to try Necromancer- a class I never spent much time with previously- and found myself having fun once again. Honestly, I'm not sure even if they reverted changes to Templar I'd ever go back to it... I just find the gameplay uninspiring and boring. Having played a MAGplar for years through multiple alts, it's just 'meh' to me now.

I go back and forth between NB and Templar…darkness and light. Can’t pick what animations I like best (that’s how I pick ‘em lol). That jabs animation, though, has about ruined Templar for me.

I played magDK for a while but got bored with it after a few weeks of playing.

    Sorcerer
Sorcerer... though I'll cry the day an "elementalist" or something is introduced to the game without class change tokens.

I'm just a sorcerer because I wanted to be a "mage" which the sorcerer kind of isn't yet it's the closest thing. It's more of a daedra worshiping summoner that just happens to know how to zipity zap around. Don't really understand why the mage archetype vanilla class that was painted as the mage at launch can't even throw a fireball, or unlock a chest with a spell. Hell I can't even use any Illusion spells or summon a Fire Atronach. And I think we can all agree that the purple bird is very annoying! Also, why am I summoning a scamp again? :D

A bit annoyed that literally every class uses magic, didn't know it was possible to take the magic out of... magic.
Everyone's at least a pseudo-mage casually flinging spells around like nothing, but then you do a quest or see that huge staff in Craglorn and then all of a sudden magic is this special thing and every Npc is like "Ohhhh, magic!"
The casual use of portals is also slightly annoying, not because of a mere NPC being able to make one, but because we as players can't when we're understandably a lot stronger.

Arcanist (will be my new main character in the future)
Been a Templar for years; and now find myself looking for something else I like. I have done a bit of Necro and NB lately. I used to sprinkle in some DK even before I got shaken off Templar so I am sure I will come back to that for a bit, and might as well get my Warden out; but the plan probably will be to chill for a few months, mostly take a break; then try the Arcanist.

    Templar
Templar is my main. I started out playing a Sorc back when the game launched on console until about level 40ish. Than I restarted and played Templar ever since. He has the most motif and the most content completed in the game.

Game needs a balancing of buffs and debuffs for all classes.

    Warden
I played since day one and i started as a Templar as i wanted to be healer (for newer players: classes worked a bit differently before and templar was really the only viable choice for trials). I wanted to shift over to warden earlier but it didnt happen until recently where achievements became more accountwide.

But now im warden all in and i love it, suits me much better even if i still like my Templar.
If i can endure the inane prattle in chat, I can survive your assuredly erudite eluciations. Proceed.

    Sorcerer
Sorcerer has always been my favorite since I like the simplicity of it's VFX and it is the class with the fewest amount of animations that cause weapons to disappear during their cast/channel. I also like the sound a c-frag makes when it actually hits and doesn't get dodged. Only thing I dislike about it in an aesthetic sense is it's hideous, annoyingly designed pets. Too bad I haven't actually enjoyed playing one in a while though.... which is funny and sad. I just kind of hate ESO classes, honestly.

Was Sorcerer, and swapped to Necro when that came out...

Sorc got ruined over time and I parked it.

After the Scribes Chapter, Necro will join the Sorcerer as storage space.

DK or maybe NB will be new main.

    Warden
Across my 12 PSN toons, I have 6 toons that I main.

    1. High Elf Warden. (Destai) This is my true main. Played him for over 1100 hours, he's a Grand Master Crafter with all skills and outfit slots maxed out. I do group content on him mostly now, but he's usually the first to complete each expansion. I really love healing and tanking on him, and was my first toon to experience the bow/bow lifestyle.
    2. High Elf Templar. (Destindil) I've always felt compelled to play a High Elf templar, so he's right behind my main currently. I'm loving the bow/bow style and dig the aesthetic I've got for him.
    3. Dark Elf Nightblade. (Severin Sil) He has 320+ hours played, was my back up achievement toon for Vampire, TG, and DB. Love healing, vampire, and bow/bow.
    4. High Elf Dragonknight. (Desthalion) Played this guy for over 200 hours, and changed his race to be High Elf recently. Solidly one of my main toons now. Magicka hits hard, healing is fun and unique, and they're great at tanking.
    5. High Elf Sorcerer. (Destrandir) My PSN account started out with this as my main for 300ish hours. I had just moved from my Xbox templar after 350 hours and wanted something new. I've always struggled finding his vibe, so he mostly sits there.
    6. Imperial Templar. (Sanctus Lux) My original templar, with 350ish hours of play, was made so I had a main in DC. He's got a cool knightly theme, but I resonate more with the High Elf lately. I still play him, mostly on a questing level though.
