Block drains magicka. [COMBAT BUG]

Hello. I have no idea what triggers it, but suddenly all my blocks cost me magicka (and sometimes BOTH magicka and stamina). At first i thought it was related to having ice staff equipped and having a tri focus passive, but as you can see on the video there is no ice staff, I have fire staff and dual wield equipped. Both bars cost me magicka to block. Resources behave weird as you can see.

I don't have Stormweaver's Cavort mythic, obviously.
/reloadui nor death does not fix it. Only relog or zone change helps. But then it happens again very shortly.

Does anyone else have this? I legit feel like i'm the one dealing with this SOOO often, I have not seen anyone else talking about it.
It's been a problem for 3 months now. I've made 2 in-game tickets throughout this time and even made a post on this forum in November, but it got no reaction nor acknowledgment.

are you using the "tri focus" passive with an ice staff? that'll do it.

Is it meant to work this way? I interpreted it as when blocking with an ice staff it costs magicka and then if you swap to a sword + shield, it costs stam again

That is the way it should work. When it malfunctions, you can be charged magicka for blocking without an ice staff, whether that other weapon is a sword and board or another type of staff.
