Existing Hermaeus Mora quests and related NPCs

I am trying to remember all the current encounters we have with Hermaeus Mora in ESO if either in quests or NPCs.
I can think of three;
The quest in Northern Bangkorai
Vile Manse (of course)
And a crazed Hermaeus Mora worshipper in Cyrodiil. (If anyone can remember where they are on the map, or their name, I would appreciate it.)
Is there any other notable quests and/or encounters I forgot?
I want to go and get primed for the new chapter.
