    With the exception of Daggerfall, the Glenumbra zone did not stand the test of time. It needs a major graphical upgrade.

    Also Valenwood looks very outdated as well.

    The Ebonheart Pact zones have held up the best.

    That's all I see in combat anyways so would be good to see some updates in that department to add some smoothness and overall quality.

    That's probably less intrusive thing to do as some other ones would absolutely affect a lot of people negatively because screwed player character models that don't anymore match the one that was created before the change, armour already caused huge backlash, guess zones would be in the same boat if anything getting an actual change, while upscale and increased poly count might do there, same with armour. So yup to upscale and nope to the remake.

    I'd like to see all the base game class skills get a visual upgrade, especially Dragon Knight. Spike Armor looks bad texture wise (the texture bend and swirl in places), and getting rid of the translucence with dragon blood would be great.

    I personally think some of the heavy attack animations in third person view could use some improvement as they don't seem to be very visually impactful.

    The bow animation especially doesn't make the character feel like they are doing an impactful action in third person.

    With the Oakensoul and Empower changes, heavy attacks for some people are very common and some of the animations just don't.

    It might also be beneficial to do a pass on the first person visual experience as it's too flashy for some of us to play the game like many of us played the prior Elder Scrolls and the visual indicators can also be a bit hard to follow with regards to red circles.

    I think the textures are all fine as is.

    I sorta would like an old world revamp but… I love 2014 ESO’s questing. I’d be sad to lose it for the modern, choiceless, backstory vomit from every minor character riddled mess of modern questing.

    Plus for the visual stuff I want they’d need to redesign entire zones. Narsis should be far, far bigger than it is in Deshaan. As should Mournhold and countless other cities. Ultimately unrealistic given ESO seems to be on a Skeleton crew team.

    I’d much rather have a use for existing assets (Roleplaying Servers, please I beg you) once questing is all said and done.
    Desperate for Roleplaying servers to bring open world non-organised RP to Elder Scrolls Online. Please ZOS.

    Skills, but expand it to animations too.

    Sorcerer: the summons. Why a scamp? Why does the player character summon the weakest Daedra as a pet? Scamps are awful. I would like more options. Remove transparency off lightning form and morphs.
    Screw Matriarch. I am sick of seeing it.
    Praying for the day no-pet sorc becomes a thing again.

    Templar: fix the jabs animation lol. Also, more variety on some of the spell colours.

    Nightblade: More variety on the spell colours. Also, specifically for magblade abilities, turn up the visual effects a bit. I can't see the damn spells. Strife, crippling grasp, twisting path and bow proc have, like, almost zero visuals. Are they even there? Who knows.

    DK: poop rocks lol. spiked armor is gross. Why spikes? the dragon blood spell looks absolutely awful. Why does my dragonknight turn into a silhouette with a giant heart??? What is the meaning of this???

    Warden: is it an ice mage? Is it a druid? Warden has an identity crisis. Maybe make the magicka morphs of the animal friends skill line ice themed? That'll make people mad though. Guess it'd be a way of putting the new ability skin system to use, outside of the colour filtered teleports.

    Necromancer: Beautiful. Lots of nice particle effects and a good blend of blue, green, purple and black. Maybe give the scythe some more particle effects.
    Unrelated, but fix blastbones.

    Arcanist: Green nightblade. That's my impression so far of the visual effects. I hope that there is more than just green spaghetti shapes and a tentacle. The tentacle spell is a nice reference to bloodborne though, so that is cool. Also, I'll be honest, the runic designs do look neat. Just please give more than one colour for the spell effects.

    The visuals are fine as they are, at least with decent settings on PC, I can't speak for console. Both my desktop PCs are over 10 years old with mid-range graphics cards about 4-5 years old and they handle the game absolutely fine with excellent visuals and no performance issues, based on overland content.

    All of the early areas need a graphical pass, all the models and effects need one too. The whole game needs updating.
    So they raised the floor and lowered the ceiling. Except the ceiling has spikes in it now and the floor is also lava.

    While I do think some of the textures are pretty bad in some older cities and zones, sorcerer pets are the most hit and annoying visual in the game for me. Even more than that though, I'd say ESO's animations/physics are the worst thing in game.

    Chests are not supposed to have sharp edges on the middle of a curve.

    I would love to have zones enviroments updated as well, but that's unlikely so picked characters. Even if I want Valenwood to actually look like a lore correct Valenwood. Amenos looks more like Valenwood than it does itself.
    Same as I'd like all imperial structures to get a remake, especially the Nibenese to look...Nibenese, and not generic medieval. Which leads to also correct Leyawiin and the Niben River.

    But those are just dreams, so voting characters.

    None of them. I don't feel the need for any visual improvements.

    I would prefer that priority is given to other things, like for example, integrating main addons as part of the game content and improving the "hide followers" feature (not exhaustive).

    Most of what is listed is base game and should be done together in a holistic manner. Not piecemeal. Granted, it would likely get rolled out in sections but should be part of the same project.

    Other: The daedric pets from the sorcerer skill line. The textures are absolutey terrible and aweful.

    And when we are at it: modify the flapper wapper pet, it is annoying. And update the sounds going with all these pets... absolutely outdated by 20 years.

    (And increase item number in houses, in particular that for house guests...)

    Horses structure. For goodness sake get someone who knows basic horse anatomy to fix them.
    Also get rid of hip flaps. They mostly look stupid floating detached especially on robes.
