BUGGED TRI FOCUS PASSIVE (might be related to screwed block)

I know block is screwed up badly, but this bug is even worse.
If i have ice stave slotted on any bar and using a tri focus passive, blocking with the other bar also costs me magicka. Fire stave, greatsword, shield, no matter what weapon is on the other bar, it costs magicka to block. And sometimes it costs both mag and stam. Resources just baheve extremely wierd, you can see that on the video.
Also, once this bug happens it won't fix with death nor with reloadui. Only with zone change.
That's the passive i'm talking about (just in case):

I recently made a post but it didn't get any attention and i didnt provide much info tbh.
For some wierd reason no one else i asked experienced this, it's happening only to me it seems. And it didn't happen just once or twice, it's been happeing everyday since zos dropped that broken patch.
I'm afraid this bug mght not be directly related to the screwed up block, so it won't be fixed on 5th December.

Nah, I know plenty that do; myself included. It can be useful for when you run out of stamina on a tank that doesn't have as many stamina restoring skills or options since you can always swap to your ice-staff bar and block with your magicka pool instead, refilling it with the balance skill if required. You can also let stamina recovery take effect on that bar since it will no longer be dropped to 0.2 -
