Vast Discrepancy between Gem cost & Endeavor Seal cost?

I'm just wondering why there is such a discrepancy.... what I mean is that the cost in Endeavor Seals of all three of these mounts is the same. 16,000 Seals.

But if you want to buy them in Gems, one would think they would also be the same number of gems, no?
Plagueborn Senche is 1200 Gems
Sanguivorian Howler is 1600 Gems
Planemeld Courser is 2500 GEMS !!!
This is the same scenario for the Apex Mounts. All are 8,000 Seals, yet vary in Gem cost.
WHY? It just seems wrong to me.
If they cost the same in Seals, they should cost the same in Gems... I think that makes sense.
Of course, the obvious is that to get the gems you have to spend cold hard cash on the crates, so what they consider to be the more interesting mounts are jacked up for that reason.
Still feels just wrong.

I meant if one cost 1200 Gems, then all 3 should be 1200 Gems... or 1600 Gems, whatever.

That linked worked. I had looked but not found an article on this topic.
Probably because I looked in Crown Store section and that is in General Comments.
All that is said there is pretty much what I supposed.... they just want the money for the crates to get gems sadly.
To me, it is still an issue, regardless.
