Imperial City doesn't load properly

So I have to play on all low settings ( potato PC ) but even then that doesn't always work, I play in IC once a week but all the mobs take a while to render in ( this happens in all zones ) and its hard to play and do quests when I'm standing around waiting for the mobs to load

I can play in Cyro fine with everything that's going on but IC is a nightmare and this is 4-5 of us running around, no other players or enemies, almost like IC has a load more props to load in and it loads in the mobs last

Anything I can do to further help, I have multi thread rendering and that one setting set to performance

You can do either or both options. For pasting the Dxdiag here, you only need to include the System Information and Display Devices sections.

Thanks for the ticket number. Checking the DxDiag you will want to make sure your GPU driver is fully updated as the current date lists the last version from 2022.
