Why am I seeing other players in a solo instance?
I was recently playing through " The mad gods bargain", which is supposed to be a solo instance, and had other players running around killing mobs. That isn't supposed to happen, is it?

I think that only the Eyevea Mages Guild boss fight is solo, which is like the end of the quest. The first part of the quest, when you are running around closing the portals is not a solo instance. So you may see others killing mobs.5

✭✭✭✭✭Eyevea is an public zone you unlock, its not an single player instance as most of the other areas in the guilds quest line.
Its has multiple unique crafting stations and is popular for leveling excavation and shying so it will be other people around.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.2
