Login bug?

I tried to log into my account a little bit ago and got a message that I am logging in from a new address and a login confirmation was being sent to my email address. OK, well sometimes your internet resets. But for some reason, there is no password sent to my email. I checked my spam folder, and it's not there either. The bizarre thing is the message says that if I don't get the email, I must wait 23 hours and some change to try logging in again to get a new email sent.

    Workaround is logon to ESO website.
    You should get the login code.
    Then, run the game afterwards.

    Games are meant to be played.

    Back in Auriel's Bow 1.0, I have thought that the best way to handicap a faction with the HUGE pop advantage is to temporarily disable their grouping functionality and their ability to fight in 3rd person point of view! Let's see if these do not even up the odds.
