Unstable Wall of Elements IV working on skill bar 2, but when I place it on bar 1 is grey and not working at all. I cant make second set of skills.

LittlePinkDot✭✭✭✭✭It only works on the bar that has a destruction staff.
If you're using a restoration staff on one bar, you won't be able to use wall of elements on that bar.1 -
