Mystic Orb nerf?

Did Mystic Orb (Necrotic Orb morph) get nerfed? From what I remember it used to give a flat 150 recovery in magicka and stamina but that number was different 2-3 days ago. It now gives 70 recovery and another 10 for each stage, up to 100.
Did anyone else notice this or am I just being confused?
