I've completed all vents, but somehow, according to my achievements, I've missed defeating the fire behemoth? Is it located in a specific vent?

✭✭✭✭✭I am pretty sure the final boss is random. You likely just have to do keep doing vents until a fire boss appears.2 -

Heavy armor DK...she doesn't die to very much.
At least, not until after update 35, then I assume she will probably die a lot more.

✭doesn't help that he's a broken p.o.s. that routinely outruns his tether when he's near death a then resets to full health.
