Simple solution would be to also allow for trading guilds npcs to buy stuff from other players. Similar to how you post items you want to sell, you would post items you want to buy for how much etc. Every one visiting trading guild npc would be able sell you item you want, as long as they have it in their inventory. That way pretty much every player (to some extend) could participate in eso global trading & would increase supply of items.Trading. The fixation on having to join a player-controlled guild feels misplaced, makes a basic part of MMO functionality convoluted, and is offputting to many, many people.
Changing it doesn't have to involve an auction house, either. There are other options, not least automated guild traders.

Well, I think that it would be actually used quite often (if it existed in the game), as for all of those guild traders who are "re-selling" stuff it would be quite easy to make gold. Base price would go down, so even if some one will sell it for more, then the final price will be lower and stuff will be more accessible.Tommy_The_Gun wrote: »Simple solution would be to also allow for trading guilds npcs to buy stuff from other players. It's an idea that's been discussed before but the trouble is, I'm not clear why anyone would bother to post "wanted to buy" listings. In practice, I doubt it would provide a sensible alternative, even though the idea is nice.

Yes I know there are set and CP differences, but if you've got good damage you've got good healing and this makes the traditional healer role less useful and less necessary especially in PvP. Its a leading factor in the recurring tanky metas and until it's really dealt with that won't change.
Personally, a simple Character Animation overhaul.....Have transition animations like slowing to a stop from running/sprinting, as well as pushing off from a stand into a run.
