Mora's Whispers Bug; Negative/No Returns

At around 1161 bonus, my crit percentage was hovering around 60. I dropped the thief mundus and my crit dropped back to ~50%, maybe a little lower. Gathering new lorebooks increased my crit percentage by up to .2% for every 2-3 books, all the way up to ~1358 bonus. Between 1358 and 1410, my crit percentage stopped increasing at the previously established rate. When I increased my crit bonus to 1428 by reading another book, my crit percentage dropped two percentage points to to 51.5. The rate of increase has again stalled at 52.6%, so I'm again not receiving any benefit from adding books to Shalidor's Library; adding new books to Shalidors Library is producing unpredictable positive returns, negative returns, and also none at all.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or have you found a way to un-break it?

I have not seen this issue, but an easy way to check is to just compare crit chance with and without Moras Whispers. If you divide the crit bonus by 219 it will give you the crit % (a much more meaningful number). You may also gain 1% crit from light armor passives when you equip the shoulders so be sure to account for that when checking the values.
