Earthen Eoot last boss bugged

I did a few runs yesterday in Earthen Root for the motif and the last boss bugs again regularly.
Not every run , but when it bugs he keeps he keeps spawning the lightning poles .The moment you destroy one he spawns a new.
So you have 100% uptime on lightning in human form.
Also when the bear does his breath , its all over the place. I dont move as tank but it goes everywhere and the bear even started walking through me while breathing .
When that happens theres no way to reset it .All leaving instance didnt change it.
Its not new cause ive seen it before short after the release of the dungeons.
