This has happened twice in the past few months, I’ve spent 2000 crowns on appearance tokens, I’ve tried to change my argonian’s appearance, and saved the changes, but upon exiting the screen, the token is spent but the character appearance reverts back to default as though nothing was saved.

I created a ticket but just ended up getting an automatic response thanking me for the bug report, and stating that the ticket will be marked as resolved if I don’t respond within 4 days. I responded over 4 days ago with no response back in return.

Is there anyone I can get in real contact with about a crown refund?
