Quest: "The Tail of Faolch" (VR content for EP) Bugged?

This morning I went in to kill Faolch. I made four attempts at doing so, and notice that all four times his health bar was not moving at all. I used every ability I had and nothing made it move, and I am a VR3 sorcerer. I even used my Atronach twice. And that had no effect. Anyone else having this problem?

✭✭I've done it in both the veteran and normal version and both times it worked as it should. From the sound of it, the fire stun/debuff didn't get applied to him, possibly due to lag.0 -

gcalex5✭✭✭I nuked him down pretty fast as a healer templar by just sitting him in the fire and spamming my little fire ball spell....I'm sure the 3 other people with me at the time didn't help at all. But yeah I can confirm I was able to get him down no problem0
