Recruiting for a new guild I am forming up tomorrow. We are an Aldmerri Dominion guild operating on Est majorly. All members will have invite privileges.

The goals of the guild would be simple:

* To treat everyone with a level of respect that our fellow players deserve. And or earn through their actions.
* Form up and create a guild big enough to heave a guild bank/shoppe. With limited and reasonable restrictions on content.
* To form up and organize group content, specializing in dungeons specifically. With the idea of doing that in the form of scheduled events starting in May.
* To nurture and inform newer players, and provide an open forum for discussion on theory no matter what level you are arguing from.
* To support crafters in their arduous pursuit of maxing professions. At high end this will require group play to be efficient. Which is in part the motivations of some our seniors.

What we would not do as a guild:

* We have no interest in group content larger than 6 man. We may revisit this someday, but will only do so when we have 1.5 times the people to do the content.
* We have no interest in organizing for pvp. While i understand alot of people enjoy that content. The guild as a guild won't take part in it. There are plenty of pvp guilds out there. And while I won't stop members from making their own events, support from the guild would be limited.
* We do not discriminate based on race, creed, occupation, or experience level.
