Please change scroll mechanic so scrolls reset to the last keep they were seated in

This "strategic dunking" of scrolls to hurt the opposing faction is out of control and toxic.

Can we please just change the mechanic so that scrolls simply reset to the last keep they were seated in, no matter who owns the keep.

    I think this would be wise and helpful adjustment to Cyrodiil. Should be a pretty easy change to make too.

    Wouldn’t work if the keep changed ownership.

    It would make the faction that owns the keep either run it to a home keep or keep it there to farm another faction and lose the eval points.

    I think it's a good idea and suggested it a few months ago

    You can’t take a seated scroll from your own owned keep, only another faction can.
