In Hunter's Grotto, after killing the ogre where you need to grapple to four or five different posts, I have died multiple times in several different instances to 'environmental damage' by falling / missing the small platform despite *not* using any WASD keys while grapping, only using the E synergy to grapple. Every time I try this I somehow miss the platform and die to environmental damage, even if I successfully grapple to the next platform before I fall, somehow end up dead on the platform...
