Issue with Eso plus need help through steam

I have an issue with subscription. It didn’t renew so I clicked it and two months were purchase d. Put in a ticket . It took a few days and they refunded after I spent crowns. Just want to make sure if I purchase again I won’t have an issue with Zenimax. What’s the best route.
