The voice acting is superb in this game.

All of it, especially my favourite VAs. No matter how many times I did a given quest and listened to the character voiced by my fave VAs, I'll always enjoy the experience over and over again :)

Every second of it. I’m even willing to make my character sound like a simpleton asking what just happened 1 minute ago to hear it all.

I feel bad when I stop listening short of the whole thing. I mean they work so hard to provide a compelling story line. But some go on and on. After the third or so click I get antsy.

Depends. Base game and first chapters were a blast for me, was listening mostly til the last words but nowadays I'm stopping the moment I've read the subs, if even reading them.

We're getting a lot of text, but lore implications are minimal and it's resembling more of general meaningless conversation irl year 2022 pulling out of any possible tes atmosphere personally.

I voted 75%, because I'll listen to every bit of the initial dialog, but I do like to hear the additional question and answer segments that we can do with the NPC's. However, it's usually then that I'll skip through a lot of it because it can get a bit long winded with all of the options.

Unless the quest is really boring I listen to all the dialogue. I prefer voicing quests vs having to read the dialogue.

What annoyed me with FF14 was the broken way they voiced the game. An interaction would start off voiced but the voicing would cease part way through forcing us to read the rest of the dialogue. It was absurd.

I usually listen to everything at least once. If I've already heard it and remember how it goes, I will probably skip it, unless it's really good and warrants another listen. There are a few VAs that I especially like and I'll listen to every little thing their characters have to say, no matter how insignificant, but for most of the others once is enough.

All of it. I'll listen to the stories but I also like to try and match the voices up to people and characters from other games. I even thought I heard Cree Summer once, although I can't find her credited in any article I can find on ESO chapter VA.

Pretty much all of it first time around, probably a fair bit less when running the same quests with additional characters. I find that it adds enormously to the interaction with NPCs as well as the general atmosphere and immersion with the game. The overall quality is superb in my view and it strengthens the characterisation of the NPCs. I can't imagine not listening to a character like Cadwell, or not getting some additional enjoyment/benefit from doing so

I started the game over to listen to as much as possible. Turns out not only did I skip 50% of the dialogue on my initial play through I also skipped about 50% of the quests.

I actually really love voice acting in games, but though I read 99% of the dialogue, I only listen to about 50-60% of the dialogue. It's a terrible habit, I admit, but I get impatient. For the same reason, I prefer to read articles than watch videos.

For VAs and characters I like, though, I'll listen to most of it. I can't quite remember which ones, but I did like the VAs for King Emeric, Abnur Tharn; as well as Fenris game regulars like Gideon Emery. There are many more I like, of course.

Famously said by Eric Idle. John Cleese wasn't in that sketch.

Now did you want a five minute argument, or the full half hour?

I prefer reading the dialogue, I also enjoy movies where you read instead of the actors speaking.
The only time I did listen to some text was in the ToT quests.

    Needs an other option.

First time I play through on my main every last line of text I listen to and read my responses. When I'm playing through as an alt I only do the main quest through the zone and I let it play, but only select the pertinent options till the quest moves forward.

I use to just hit E quickly till it was out of the dialogue, but that burnt me out on the game cause I was just rushing everything. Now It's a fast enough pace only doing the main story in the zones, but doesn't feel like its dragging doing all the side stuff.

All of it the first time, and some here and there after that. If I've already heard it once, it depends on my mood; sometimes I feel like a little more immersion and I'll let it play but other times I just want to get things done.

I listen to all of it if it's my first time playing through or I love the dialogue. If I've already heard it I will speed through it. I don't get people who ignore all dialogue and skip through all the dialogue. Why even play the story if you are ignoring all of it, you don't get anything from story quests of any serious worth or use.

I don't skip dialog - I read the entirety of dialog using subtitles. I skip the VA, not the quest dialogs.

This pretty much. Though not specifically the flirting, more that I can barely stand the writing and dialogue any more.
