Okok, hear my out:
Imagine yourself as an awesome warden, your out adventuring, but your bear is tired and falling way behind you, because your mount runs at the speed of light and your bear aint got no rocket strapped to his buttcheeks so, its hard out there for him.
What can you do? ..Well now heres your solution: 2-seater mount that you can also slot your bear into:
I mean, look at this happy bear, hes such a good boi, breezing along the wind with you. I think your adventure just got much better, I think ZoS needs to consider his feelings and understand that hes got needs aswell.
I give you some photo editing skills to see, but I promise, you could do much better than me at this. I think we need this, there hasn't been a new bear skin in years for him, he aint got no armor and hes out there slapping people around with his fluffyness showing.
This is the bear upgrade we've all been waiting for. Don't let me down.

and you can cast warden abilities while mounted on the bear with ms penalty l0lol 1 -

I mean, theres plenty of armored bear mounts already in the game, why isn't possible to apply some of their skins to the warden bear?

✭✭The lack of this mount in game must be unbearable for wardens. This is a bear essential for the class and now I can bearely imagine those folks without this ride. ZoS, please!Imperial DK and Necro tank. PC/NA
