xygniSoul ShrivenThose pictures came with the updates, so go to ESO site Updates/DLC and you will see them there. Unfortunately they are not in media to be downloaded as beautiful wallpapers.
My favorite one is the "One Tamriel" update's picture. You can inspect (right-click on the image, select "Inspect") and find the "img" with class="img-bg" (otherwise the video gets in the way to simply right-click and save the picture). The resolution is only 1200x550px though. So you'd likely get a better image with a screenshot of the actual loading screen, and live with the black edges.
