The "Style Page: Black Drake <piece>" are not able to be sold on a guild trader

When you go to a guild trader, select a Black Drake Clanwrap style page to sell, and hit "search for item," zero items come up, "0 name matches."
I've tried all filters.
Others can confirm this, we're not able to search or sell any black drake clanwrap items.
