..under unknown circumstances (very normal gameplay, nothing special) and it won't go back to normal once you get it, even if you take item off. Only changing zones fixes this.

I'd ensure you get ZOS to notice this and evaluate it as part of the bug fix required to fix the block issue caused by the bug fix to fix the block bug from weeks ago.5 -
L33T_BEANS✭✭✭I took it into the vHRC trial to test the item by myself and see if I could perma-block the trash mobs using my magicka pool, I also tried dueling my friend. Here are some problems I noticed upon owning the item for less than 5 minutes:
- After using the item, being no longer able to sprint even after unequipping the item (doesn't happen predictably)
- Block will still drain stamina while dodgeroll/sprint will still drain stamina
- I think I had a few instances moments where the item did function like it wasn't even on but was providing the magicka recovery.

L33T_BEANS✭✭✭Oh just discovered another bug, while blocking with it sometimes, you're not actually blocking. My addons tell me I'm blocking, my game looks like I'm blocking, but my friends will tell me that I'm not blocking, and the damage taken will hurt as if not blocking.0
