PS NA U36 Public Dungeon Group Events are now incomplete

I am running a new toon through the EP areas and she is getting group dungeon achievements that I already got on my AD main character.

All of the ones the new character has not done are listed as incomplete.

I am very unhappy about losing those achievements on my main character. She has done everything in this game, including Cyrodiil delves and shyshards.

Oh wait, I still see this on my main character as having been completed too and it gives a date.

This is very confusing, I did not think another character would get the achievement for doing it again due to AWA but it seems as though they do.

Public dungeon group event achievements are per character because a skill point is awarded for doing it. All other public dungeon achievements will be based on the first character to do it.

I guessed as much, but the fact that I had five toons do that achievement before AWA and only one was tracked made me think none from there on out would get tracked. Yet, first toon after AWA it is again tracked for new toons.

Not very consistent, though I guess it is not a bug.
