Seriously. What's wrong?

Why would anyone think it's ok to release huge bugs and not fix those bugs for more than a month, and then release an even bigger bug and think it's ok to push off another (probably even worse) patch until weeks later again?

What is wrong? Why does ZOS think this is ok?

Maybe it's not ZoS? Possibly has to do with the Dark Brotherhood.

Because people keep buying crowns and chapters and subs, and steamers go on about how the story is good and how they didn't encounter the bug and how devs works their butts off. Something like that.

Because you can't stop the DLCtrain!

Because you don't know about bugs...that's why they are called bugs.

If you even took a few minutes to read through the Bug Report forums. The admitted this bug was in the game earlier, but looked as if it was part of the other block bug, so you would figure it would be fixed with the patch.

Honestly I think part of the requirement to play games like this should be a "How Game Development Works 101" class that takes several years to complete if you can't test out of it. Would get rid of 80% of forum posts probably.

Dunno bout that. A lot of big streamers are playing other things. Godzilla, nefas, sawman. Bunch more.

They’ve got our money. We’ve bought the $130 houses, $40 mounts, mountains of gamble crates, and gifted tons of crown items to friends and fellow players. That’s their priority. But don’t worry, they are working on it! Everything will be fixed next year just in time for the new chapter and latest crown store offerings.

They had weeks to test the fix they sat on, they could have put it on the PTS and let us test it the past few weeks. Now we're waiting for another few weeks for another (probably broken) patch.

Nah that's too easy. They tried to fix a blocking issue twice and introduced new issues. Part of your "How Game Development Works 101" should also include the importance of the QA department.

Last year's story literally had multiple bugs where you couldn't even finish the main quest and 3 bugged NEW leads.

You should not push things to live that are hastily tested, unless ofcourse you don't care. Which seems to be the case. New DLC > gamebreaking bugs.

Just a few seconds ago the mini Tank in our vCR achieve prog group quit ESO because of the new block bug and ZOS's inattention to it. This is unreal that ZOS thinks it's ok to have their game this broken for so long.

Every day more and more good players are leaving in frustration because ZOS won't fix their game.

Well, considering the QA workers have unionized because of crunch... my guess would be ZOS is rushing updates because the marketing contracts that have already been signed cannot be delayed so the update must launch whether it's ready or not. It's the same reason why so many AAA games have terrible launches. Skyrim was no different in that regard, only that ESO is facing the same issue 4 times a year rather than once in its lifetime.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

On the flip side developers should take classes on "How to deal with the public when things go wrong 101".
