Starting Firesong quest in-game instead of menu?

Question in title. Is there any way to start the Firesong quest before actually going to Galen and without going to the Stories menu? I like the immersion of a character sending me on my way (like Stuga, but less forever annoying). Am I missing a very specific location to go to?

qwaurck✭✭Yes i know for EP you can start the quest in Davon's Watch, Druid Laurel is standing there next to the bank.
So i am guessing Vulkhl Guard and Daggerfall will also have her somewhere.0
