Stinkyremy✭✭✭✭✭I instantly think of the winterborn set from maelstrom which i have on my ice based character. The style is reach winter but afaik you cannot get a motif for it, it is unique to that set or the sets in maelstrom.0 -

I thought there was a set in Wrothgar, but I was probably thinking of the costumes you get from completing the House of Orsinium Glories relics quest.
Black Reach Vanguard has a fur collar, as does Swordthane style, Icereach Coven, Skaal.
