Clohaigh is the name of a location on Galen. With the spelling of this name it looks to me like the devs are trying to channel IRL place names like Clounagh, Dun Loaghaire, and Tallaght. But, when it actually came to pronouncing the word they flunked it.
So, come on. Give us your best shot. How do you really pronounce "Clohaigh"?

But knowing how place names change over time, anglicisation etc, I'll err on the side of High, because of High Isle.

Irish Gaelic is pronounced (in English) ‘gay-lik’. The (Scottish) Gaelic name for (Scottish) Gaelic is Gàidhlig, pronounced ‘gaa-lik’, not to be confused with the Irish (Gaelic) name for Irish (Gaelic), which is written Gaeilge and pronounced ‘gail-gyuh’.

BewareTheSea✭✭✭Being Irish and growing up with Irish as a second language (fluency) I may add my input.
The word "Clohaigh" in a regional Connacht dialect would be pronounced as "Clu-Hee" the "Clu" would be pronounced as your saying the word "Clutch" but without the -tch ending, and the "hee" is just "he" (the male pronoun).9 -

Yeah! In my (admittedly terrible) estimation, I thought it would have rhymed with the lady's name Aoife.

✭✭✭✭✭I think that's a general problem with trying to use use real languages in a game world. Gaelic is a very rich tongue (no, I don't speak it or pronounce it correctly, though my ancestry IS Gaelic in large part) - but it's one of the more "impenetrable" tongues. I do have to say it's maybe better than eastern tongues - Japanese, Chinese. My uncle spent years in Japan, and wa reasonably fluent - though that was his estimation - which might have been totally not the case at all______________________________________________________
