Guild Trader Reset Times

Hey @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin ,

Can you confirm the ESO Guild Trader times for me?

European (EU) megaserver: Tuesdays - 14:00 UTC, 10am EDT / 9am EST
13:55 Tuesday UTC: All bidding and renting from the previous week will stop
14:00 Tuesday UTC : Tabard of the selected vendor flips to new owners
14:05 Tuesday UTC : All bidding and renting is opened up again for the following week

North American (NA) megaserver: Tuesdays - 19:00 UTC, 3pm EDT / 2pm EST
2:55 Tuesday EDT: All bidding and renting from the previous week will stop
3:00 Tuesday EDT: Tabard of the selected vendor flips to new owners
3:05 Tuesday EDT: All bidding and renting is opened up again for the following week

However, a guildie of my pointed out that NA appeared to reset an hour earlier according to my ESO Calendar.

I'm using UTC as my event time zone. Should it be Eastern?

I am on PS4/5 NA and flip has been happening right at 2:00pm Eastern ever since we turned our clocks back at the beginning of the month on East Coast USA. Prior to that, it was 3:00pm Eastern.

ZOS times don’t change, you just have to account for what that is for your local time zone. Trader flip time has not changed, other than for me locally when Daylight Savings hit.

yeah i would say its just the local daylight savings time

daily reset is either 1 or 2 am for me depending on if daylight savings is active or not (same with the daily login and other daily things)

really wish we could just be done with the dang time changes honestly lol

Double check what your guildie's information was, or your calendar settings (not sure if there are any?). I was on today during the expected Trader swap time and it went through as indicated above (PC/NA).

I am able to confirm the trader resets times have been corrected on my site and have been verified with your assistance.

I think the error was using UK time instead of Coordinated Time / GMT.

That would do it. I believe UK also observes Daylight Savings, but they do it a few weeks off from when the USA does it so there's a bit of an awkward gap between the two at times where one is on and the other isn't yet.
