This seems to only affect some, I've seen others open the chest and if it's opened I can then enter while others also could not open the chest. Could be some other addon is causing it

(node detection from Harvest Map is disabled, had to to stop the crashing, all the rest of my addons are active)

Yup, I'm standing in front of it and apparently me and at least one other player can't enter the dungeon.

I checked both of my accounts right before this mornings maintenance and neither could interact with the chest, with or without all addon's disabled. Hopefully something may change after it has been completed but since it wasn't in the forum update it's unlikely.

I made the comment about addons because I only had the one library checked off, but yeah if others had all addons off that kind of kills that lead. I have this happen with both my Steam and ZOS launcher accounts so it's not just one or the other. I use a controller but also tested the keyboard and it still wouldn't work.

On Xbox. Prompt to open the chest comes up but nothing happens. Have Reloaded UI, traveled, logged off and still the portal will not pop up. Had a friend investigate and same thing happened to her. Was the Mage Guild Quest.

Slightly related but in the entrance to crows wood there is a note that cannot be read but does light up that I need to read it.
I have bug reported this in game but never heard anything back from it.
This has been there for years.

I hit this bug PS/NA and was able to avoid it by disabling my companion. For my sorc I had to unsummon the pets and switch to a bar without pet skills.

A copy of the same note can be found inside Crows Woods, once read it will no longer light up
