Old Orsinium Interior: Cannot use this door...

Saw this thread pop up today.. having been recently closed.
My problem: Having previously completed the quest in there, I used to be able to continue into the interior without issue. Now, I get the message that I cannot use that door right now. The quest being finished, the quest giver dead and the door puzzles un-functional.. what's going on? Tried this on several characters that have completed the quest with the same result. I CAN however enter if grouped with another player that has completed the quest. Any ideas would be welcome, I've also contacted support, but have yet to receive an answer.
