Question about Cyrodiil population.

Hello, today i tried to join Cyrodiil as every night and i see there's a queue at like 3 am, there was not a queue at this time of the day for a very long time, so i assume that Cyrodiil's max population has been decreased once again.
So, can somebody tell me what is the current max population per faction? Thanks!

✭campaign ends in 34 minutes (on xbox), so there likely was a queue because more people were in for the final day.
