Account Login - Device / IP not recognized EVERY DAY

Try to log into accounts.
Get "we don't recognize your device or IP" message.
Get sent an access code (at least finally those seem to be coming... for now).
Use, code, yay! log in.

24 hours later....
Try to log into accounts.
Get "we don't recognize your device or IP" message.
Get sent an access code, hopefully.
Use, code, yay! log in.

24 hours later.....
Rinse, repeat.

Why is the game no longer recognize logins more than 24 hours later, sometimes even less?
Should there be concerns about security of our accounts and the information on them?
Fix this please, with multiple accounts its really, really, annoying.
And no, I don't necessarily have to log into my accounts every day but I've started to, just to test this theory. Before, I would go weeks or even months never getting that message until my service provider had actually changed the IP.

So what is ESO's problem?
