Constant Rollbacks when in Blackreach

Is anyone else experiencing constant rollbacks when you're in Blackreach/The Reach? My boyfriend and I get them almost everytime we are in the Blackreach/The Reach to do the event dailies, people in zone chat seem to be complaining also.
