For the past 3-4 hours, the Old Karth Ritual Site has been stuck and not spawning, which also prevents the other ones in the zone from spawning.
The ones in Blackreach work fine, as do the ones in The Reach, so it's just Western Skyrim that seems to have an issue.

Hrolthar✭✭✭I experienced this too. Loads of us were standing there for ages. Had to go to The Reach to do that portion of the introductory quest.
The Reach ones have been working fine.0
