I hope there hasn't been a thread about this yet (I found none at least), but I just realized that the new event pet and first morph of 2023 are already listed under collections > fragments.

The base thing seems to be a flying pet called "blossom of the devoted dancer" (or something like that, I'm playing the German translation of ESO so I have no clue what the original name is), which is composed of light green lily petals, a mystic sheet of music and a enchanted silver flute.

That thing can be morphed to the personality "muse of devotion", which is made by combining shoe inlays made of pressed lily leaves, a filigree staff of the dancer and a flask of silver mist.

I know this sounds more like Barbie's Fairy Dream or My Little Pony, but I'm not kidding you. You can check it for yourself in your collection.

Well, it was already showed on PTS. The pet is a flower (it looks ok tho) and personality is... well... simple. Nothing amazing in my opinion.

Also, there is 99% chance that this personality has only Idle and Walking animations.

Yeah, I already figured out that it's probably supposed to be Dibella-themed (assuming they continue the Aedra-themed rewards), then @Lugaldu found this video on Youtube which shows the content from the PTS you mentioned:

To me, the "personality" looks extremely cliché and the floating flowers seems quite flashy. I really start to wonder where ESO is going. It somehow lacks... subtleness. Several characters seem to become more and more of a stereotype since High Isle, and that exaggerated walking style basically hints at the same direction.

    Welcome to the 1%.

The inventory tooltip shows the animations it replaces, and there are a few more, and then the icon also shows it in another of its poses.
Spoilered in case anyone wants the surprise, but it is already posted in the 'Not Collected' area of the collections menu on live.

We were only able to get two of the three fragments by the end of the PTS cycle so I can't say what those animations will be yet, only what emotes they replace. The last fragment will come in the first event of the next PTS cycle, so I don't know what those other animations look like yet, but there it is. Still enough for me to know that my healer (who I'm trying and failing not to make an expy of Princess Zelda) is 100% getting this the second it comes out.

Also that thread from the PTS forum has the screens from only the first release, so the hand positions on female characters has been fixed in the next week after. She holds her elbows a bit further out so her hands clasp correctly.
