Error message while chatting to NPC

In the public dungeon in Malabol Tor. Was doing the quest and going through the chat when this popped up. The NPC carried on talking and it didn't crash the game or anything. It just stayed there until I dismissed it.

Not sure if this is connected but since he was literally right around the corner from the NPC I was talking to when the error occurred, it may well be. This guy appeared to be stuck. He did not move, could not be attacked, and had to be walked around.
