Anyone else having issues with Vastyr and its accessibility/convenience regarding bank/crafting?

Why can't I access Guild Store/Bank at the Vastyr Bank? Not sure if this is intentional or bugged.
Why is there no crafting writs dailies board or drop off location there too? Maybe I'm blind but I could not find one.

✭✭✭✭✭Crafting writ aren't able to be completed in any of the small 4th quarter DLCs, only main chapters.
As others have noted the banker will be fixed in another patch1 -
