Psijic portals in South Elswer

They do not seem to be spawning. I'm working on an older mythic lead and have been running thru the zone and have yet to see any spawn. 4 hours last night and 2 hours this morning and not a single one. I have the psijic skill line and can see psijic portals in other zones. Please confirm they are working.

If they are "working as intended", then I'm going to skip this mythic as no lead should require days of random running around to find a spawn that gives you a chance at getting the lead. This has been torture so far.

    The problem with this lead is two-fold.

    1. The zone is small, and 1 or 2 other players farming the lead ahead of you could be snapping up portals before you get to them
    2. Portals only spawn in spots where Runes spawn. If you, or other players, are not also farming the Rune nodes as you go, the portals have nowhere to spawn.

    It took me a total of 3 portals to get the lead to drop. But it took me at least 20 laps around S Elswyr to find those 3 portals to even attempt to loot them.

    Well, I filled out an in-game bug report and made this post and then found one 5 min later. Either a dev responded in game, or its just Murphy's law.

    Anyways, I couldn't delete this post so just wanted to confirm I did find one.
