Genuine concern, though I don't play console I saw on the u35 rollout we saw bugs that were present on release and fixed on the first incremental patch still present on the u35 rollout for consoles.
Will consoles get access to the first incremental patches + hotfixes, or will they get the DK standard bug and block bugs as well?
console release generally lines up with the first incremental PC patch, its usually rare they encounter the same issues as PC since most of them are fixed before they make it to console
i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

This used to be the case almost always but I think the last two chapters pushed out patches to consoles that did have serious bugs. It sounds unlikely that we will get the bugs fixes you mentioned above in time this time, either.
I remember that we had to wait a long time for the fix to the Night’s Silence set that was completed before we got the patch but because of the certification process it did not get into our patch.

Unless the patch is small enough to be a "hotfix" so as to skip the verification process, then no we're still getting the buggy client, cause all patches/updates for Consoles have to go thru a several week hold with Microsoft and Sony before going Live.
In the past we used to get some of the new features, and some things had been fixed before coming to consoles. We usually got console exclusive surprises too. And a few changes always stuck with us for a very long time. This is the way.
(edited for bad grammar, maybe now it's worse, i hope not)
